Since I'm a sucker for music ...

I don't usually post about giveaways or things going on in other blogs, but I thought you might find this interesting, so why not spread the word, right? The great Bianca from Good Night Little Spoon is hosting the Mix Share Swap Vol 2.

The point of this is to exchange two mixed CDs with two different people you'll be paired with. There's a form you need to fill out where you can also specify your music preferences and state whether you want to be paired with people who have your same taste for music. You also need to decorate the CDs and packaging to make them look as pretty as possible :D. Take a look at a few CDs swapped in the previous Mix Share Swap!

Anyone in the world can participate! So go ahead and hop over to read the rules and sign in here if you're interested.

And since this a music related post, I won't leave without showing you some songs/videos that I like or have caught my eye.

As you might already know I LOVE Belle & Sebastian. I love this video because it's funny and I used to relate to this song so much!

I'm not a big fan of Lisa Mitchell but I really like this song and can't get enough of this cute video :).

Pulp always remind me of the good old days when my best friend and I would go to Britpop parties in shabby dark clubs nobody knew about. This song and Common People would always make us jump really high, haha.

No Surprises is one of my favorite songs by Radiohead. Instead of posting the video, here's part of its making of. The last part is hilarious ... poor Thom!

This video by Argentine band Babasonicos was kind of controversial because they show a boy and a girl masturbating (supposedly). They made one video for him, another one for her and this one. I love the band, but I don't like this song or video.

Last but not least, I want to show you one of the strangest videos I've ever seen. It could be considered really gross or very funny, you be the judge! (You have to make it till 1:08min). This is Mexican singer Julieta Venegas and the video was directed by an Argentine guy.

Ok, I think that's enough for today :). I hope you all have cool plans for the weekend!
Have a great one, people! ;D
