And here's a little trick taught by Katie Sokoler to make all the lights in your pictures look like hearts <3 :D.
You just have to take some black paper, cut a shape in the middle of it and then put it over your lens. You need to purposely shoot out of focus to see the lights change shape. Apparently, it works better when you have a lens with a wide aperture.

No me vas a creer, pero JUSTO hoy mientras buscaba fotos de arboles de navidad, encontre esto que decis, lo de las luces con forma de corazon. Medio que no entendi como se hacia pero aprendi que es una tecnica japonesa que se llama bokeh (o algo asi, estaba medio apurada igual xD). El tema es que no se nada de fotografia... teoricamente eso se pone en el lente de la camara? En el flash? Donde?
Btw, ya tengo la cositas que te ganaste listas :3
