Spicy beef + rice

• beef
• scallions or leeks
• spices: I used curry, oregano, paprika and dried chilies
• soy sauce
• rice

• Chop the beef into small pieces and place the beef in a bowl; add a small glass of soy sauce and the spices you chose to use.

• Chop the scallions or leeks and add them to the bowl.

• Marinate the beef for 20 minutes. In the meantime, cook the rice (I’m so glad I have a rice cooker!).
• Pre-heat the wok until it’s very hot.
• Add two spoonfuls of oil.
• Stir-fry the beef for 4-5 minutes.
• Serve the rice in a bowl together with the beef and enjoy!
